Suggestion for Patch Bay view

I find the Patch Bay view very useful, but I think readability could be improved:

• The out block is disconnected from the matrix at least on my build. It makes it hard to see which output correspond to a column without hovering the pointer over it
• In my opinion, the outs names would be easier to read if they where at an angle smaller than 90° (maybe not 45°, but maybe 60°?)

This will be particularly useful if we can add more Audio devices as described in #831
