Describe the bug A bunch of Fatal error: 100000 modal windows are popping up when launching Element and afterward as well, once you've Quit it (!?)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open Element with Scan plugins on startup preference set to Yes
  2. Have a bunch of AU plugins in your system (1,139 in my case)
  3. Wait for the modal error Fireworks to start … 
  4. Modal windows won't stop popping up even after quitting Element, this will last for few minutes
Fatal error: 100000
A fatal wrapper bootstrap error happened. This software cannot be loaded. Please contact the software publisher for support using this software.

Expected behavior No Error Modal Windows flood

Standalone or Plugin It happens in the standalone, (I haven't tested the plugins)

I'm having the same issue with the standalone version, OS X v.0.46.0.

So far I have no issues with plugin version.

This could be due to missing Allow Unsigned Executable Memory entitlement as well. See #438.
