Keyboard shortcuts do not work on iPad

Codemirror does not work with iPad and hardware keyboard (e.g., Bluetooth keyboard, iPad pro keyboard). Seems to be a problem with codemirror as a whole for iPad and not specific to csound-live-code, but using this ticket to keep track of the issue.
