Article moving, protection are probably no more working in MediaWiki 1.37

As they have been deprecated. Fixes for these can probably be found in the DiscordNotifications repository: https://github.com/kulttuuri/DiscordNotifications

Apparently not compatible with 1.39

Per https://phabricator.miraheze.org/T9745, this is failing with `/srv/mediawiki/w/extensions/SlackNotifications/SlackNotificationsCore.php:328 Call to undefined method MediaWiki\Block\DatabaseBlock::getTarget()` on MediaWiki 1.39.
