[Helm Chart] Persist metrics scraper database

What would you like to be added

metrics scraper stores it's data on /tmp/metrics.db which is not persisted

Why is this needed

if server goes down because of some resource starvation, we lose the insight on which pod caused the issue.

Basically, you'd like helm chart to have an option to change the path and use some pv to store this file?

Issues go stale after 90d of inactivity. Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale. Stale issues rot after an additional 30d of inactivity and eventually close.
