Comment: CTE as a name

Consider that CTE currently refers primarily to 'Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy', perhaps a negative connotation you'd be baking in.

That seems to be the case with every acronym these days... I'm not too terribly concerned about confusion over this since they're so different.
