Issues with rlkit

Just an info that I am aware that the newest version of rlkit is not compatible with the current version of this repository.

A workaround for the moment is to use rlkit at the following commit (prior to the AWAC commit): https://github.com/vitchyr/rlkit/commit/55ace41fb1e7b4181c15b3255247566fb49a6736

The maintainers of rlkit added a new tag you can use with git checkout v0.2.1
