Graphs for metrics

The graphs on the dashboard are great. Having similar graphs for each metric to track their changes over time would be awesome.

Additional changes: Add tags support for metrics websocket. On tag change clear graph and update with tag. When receive update from websocket update metric to latest value. Only show first measurement and clean graph label. Use base unit to format the value.
