This looks like a Z-Wave JS bug to me. I added a comment to https://github.com/zwave-js/node-zwave-js/discussions/6600.
Also, if you included this device in an older version of Z-Wave JS, make sure you have re-interviewed the device in case there were any driver fixes since then.
