First of all, I love the fact that an explanation pops up when you hover the mouse over an icon. Unfortunately, this explanation is in english and not in German like the rest of the program.

It seems that the tooltip texts are completely missing from the translation files. It turned out that the fourth column of a language file is responsible for the tooltip text.
