Adds basic support for .obj vertex colors

  • Creates implicit materials named "Color #RRGGBB" on import
  • Attaches the material to any face whose vertexes all agree on the color

Enables unit tests to survive different line termination styles (required for macOS)

Updated mkdir to mkdirSync in unit tests to comply with modern Node API
