Describe manual installation in detail

I've been struggling with manual installation of this library for two days now, and I finally did it. I'd love to help other people do that so they save their time. How can I share that information? Shall I change README?

I have nothing to do with the management of the repository, but if I was you I‘d create a pull request with a changed readme. I see no reason why the owner would not merge it, then.
