Improve calculating company insights

2 repositories can belong to github and gitlab, but 1 user can have insights in both of them

company's insight must have 1 record per user that contain summary of 2 repository's insights

can be done after integration of gitlab omniauth

Insight belongs_to :user, optional: true

but in such case for companies instead of rendering entity login -> need render list of user entities
