Store most recent import path also when not picked via dialog window

The current version of the kickstarter saves the most recent import path only when the path was picked using the dialog. Manually typed paths are not remembered. In cases when typing the path is done much faster and repeated imports have to be executed (e. g. due to corpus debugging) it would be a nice (admittedly luxury) feature not having to type the path before every import. This is definitely not urgent and can easily be worked around by picking the path once using the dialog window.
