Unable to create Item in AGOL

Hello, with the new workflow for creating items in ArcGIS Online we are no longer able to create an item with a koop service. The issue has always been there that the koop services get a 404 on the mapservice request except that now the entire process falls over, thoughts?

Is this still an issue for you? Haven't heard other reports of this behavior, so wondering if this is something to do with Feature server or if it is unrelated.
