Enhancement Request: Writable filesystem

I'm attempting to recover save files from a corrupted device. I was able to successfully extract them from the original device, and have been trying to inject them into a freshly-formatted replacement drive without success (Then they will be copied onto a final drive using the Wii U's copy utility, for safety).

Is this possible, at all? wfs-inect complains the existing file/path does not exist, and wfs-fuse does not have the path creation functions implemented.

Is this just not possible at this stage?

Your best option right now is to create the save file first thru the game, transfer it to your newly formatted disk, and than inject the old save.

Creating files on the file system is very complex and isn't planned to happen soon.
