Additional services

At the moment, when adding new services, we need to add specific commands to enable/disable/connect to the service.

I wonder if we should move toward having a more generic 'additional service' command. Something like porter service:on browser porter service:off browser etc.

This way other services can be added and controlled more simply in cases where users need something we don't provide out of the box.
