Strange stutters in long songs

I'm trying to cover Lavender Town theme from Pokemon (with a slight remix), but 
the song stutters weirdly at the end even though patterns seems to be correct. 
Song is pretty long (0x470), so maybe that's the problem. I've tried to open it 
in nightly, with same result. Also in nightly I've noticed strange graphical 
artifacts in sequence view when it came to stuttering part.

Strange, it fixed by itself. Still don't know how this happened, so it needs 
investigation or it will happen again.

Could it be that you had something running in background that caused it? Was it 
the same song position every time?
