Basic MIDI support

Feature request:
MIDI support for the people who like to use klystrack on-stage.

This is something I want to do. I have never used MIDI other than to use an 
external controller so I don't know what a software needs to do to have "basic 
MIDI support". Suggestions gladly accepted. :)
