Impr. Sugg.: Ctrl-S and other dialog popups shouldn't stop playback after finishing the dialog

Most popups (every?) do a very annoying short-loop of the playing music. If the 
music can't be kept playing in the background for some reason (which would be 
ideal of course), just pausing the song during the popup would be much 
preferable. Also, after the dialog is finished, the song should resume playing 
from the position it was on before the dialog was started instead of stopping.
