Impr. Sugg.: hotkey popup for changing instrument from X to Y in note selection

When you select a group of notes, say

C-4  01
D-4  02
E-4  01
F-4  02
G-4  01

...and you press some hotkey, a menu would pop up like:
-----------------------
| Change from: [00] v^
| Change to:   [00] v^
|   <OK>  <CANCEL>
-----------------------

Change from 02 to 03 would result in:
C-4  01
D-4  03
E-4  01
F-4  03
G-4  01
