Agents reported to be offline SSL SHORT_READ_ERROR

What operating system are you using?
CentOS Linux release 7.6.1810 (Core)
What did you do?
So many agents are reported to be offline, but the service is running OK, but it have some warnings as below.
osqueryd[30177]: I1021 08:30:42.806172 30210 http_client.cpp:38] │ SSL SHORT_READ_ERROR: http_client closing socket
What did you expect to see?
i expect to have all these agent online. and if there is any machanisme to restart the agent on such error, or ability to export all agents that have been offline from Kolide fleet to be able to send it to a job for a restart.
What did you see instead?
i'm doing manual restart for agents, but if we could have export list of offline that would be great for automated jobs, and if we could get to know tht root cause for that issue.
