Thank you for sharing your work with such great documentation.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Not quite. I would like to run GLIM with the NTU_VIRAL sequences on my local machine, and the authors already shared results for this dataset, but the configuration files are not available on the GitHub repository (I couldn't find them at least.).

Describe the solution you'd like If possible, I would ask for the configuration files to be present in the GitHub repository.
