kd/mount/fuse: store correct number of Nlinks in tree.

This is preretirement for hard links. Also it prevents for removing file from cache that has more than one hard link to it.

Bonus points: Node entries times are stored as uint64 data, change this to time.Time this will decrease the number of allocations made by FUSE.
