[Feature] Support uploading the helm templates

Is it possible to support directly uploading a Helm chart instead?

1. how do you manage your Helm Chart template? in some Helm Chart repo(eg:Harbor) or in your local file system?
2. why don't you upload your Helm Chart template in some Git repo? what's the difficultly?

2. why don't you upload your Helm Chart template in some Git repo? what's the difficultly? @fansi404 private deployment, the customer's network and our own network is not connected. There is no way to get through git.
