I can't start the latest poller_phx

I'm getting the same error always. I tried every possibility, but is impossible for me to continue with the course... Sad, because I was enjoying it a lot since the beginning!

If possible, take a look to see if there is some error, or maybe I'm doing something wrong... I've just followed your steps, but is impossible to continue...

Based on this error message, do you have some idea on what can I do to solve it and continue with the course? (amazing course by the way)

If not, I'll let the project unfinished but watch the videos.
