Optimizes the loading time of charts

Only Update the chart when Visible The loading time on my surface is reduced from approx. 1.5 minutes to 30 seconds.

I think the loading time can also be significantly reduced if the chart data is only loaded when it is visible. But unfortunately I don't know how

I have now figured out how to also prevent a data update when a reading that has been set in [update] changes. see "Update chart-data.component.js"
