Extensions fit more Workload than just Deployment

Describe the feature

There are a number of scenarios where we use different workload, some of which are very rich, although it may not be officially defined by k8s. It may not be simple to modify Replicas during the scale-up process, but there are many other specs that need to be modified. For example: kurise CloneSet inside the specified Pod list to shrink the function.
