Allow grpc-web ports

Describe the feature

In the Knative Resource Service it only supports 2 types of ports h2c, http. This generates the name on the K8s Service, grpc-web is a "special" name that's recognized by Istio so you don't have to create an EnvoyFilter, see PR Link for the fix, it also came up on a question from this working example Istio grpc-web Example
