Fusion Hack scipts to one script

Problem

Currently,under the knative eventing repo, hack/ folder, there are many scripts.

Something like this in the knative-extensions/eventing-kafka-broker repo would be ideal.

Only one script with commands callout out to different scripts/functions

Hey @Leo6Leo, As far I understand we need a common file for the scripts under the hack/ folder to execute all the scripts.
