summary by stat of lines changed

@knadh Thank you for this awesome tool. I was wondering if it would support showing the number of lines changed, like the git log --stat command shows:

 4 files changed, 21 insertions(+), 9 deletions(-)

Displaying the total number of inserts and deletions is sufficient.
