Not clear why resource was not generated

The message doesn't help me understand why not creating the resource - I don't know what actions I should take to fix it.

We can discuss in sync, but at the moment theres nothing more we can do. Because we dont track any info from plugins our validation has 0 idea about the reasoning, just that it wasnt. This is because we want plugins to be able to act independently of eachother. We need to make the core of the compiler smarter to provide a better UX
