Automatic Payment Time on Frontend Calendar selection not translating to Payment dispersal by desired Time

On Goerli, I selected a payment to intend to occur 5 minutes later, but funds were still held in an address. Submitted a few other transactions, still held in address after date has passed. Could be an issue with the frontend interaction, which takes in a (Local Time) on the Calendar, and calculating the TimeOut Payment Variable which is // Time in seconds after which the transaction can be automatically executed if not disputed. on Line 638 of the Contract.

UPDATE: On Mainnet, selecting a Calendar time 3 minutes in the future does seem to translate to a TimeoutPayment of 185 seconds. https://etherscan.io/tx/0xf22a4c66a1ca9350bccdc346915a22bb5e2620bfe4db21604b5a359da6b78198 So that’s working.

However,

After 7 minutes after TimeoutPayment time has passed, funds have still not been dispersed to desired address from Escrow Contract.
