Coverage remained the same at 96.497% when pulling 542bb920b7677a610482b38e64f1a69c5c37ad48 on w3l:patch-2 into 00f1deed2155e525bb36d87a93c1471ba3333baf on klarna:v4.0.

Not sure if I should close this pull request or not. There is no official support for PHP 7 but our internal tests(#14) done the last few days indicates that there is no issues with the code on PHP 7...
