backwards channel in yml file confusion

yml-file: directories: channelName:

• channel 1
• channel 2 --> this is not allowed to be mentioned if channel 2 is a backward channel used for double-ended calibration

--> There is a comment above it (stating exactly this), but as a first time user this is an easy mistake to do --> however, for archiving it is necessary to add channel 2 --> so right now archiving and calibrating can not be done with one yml-file only (when using a backwards channel) --> solution might be for calibrating: ignore channel 2 if channel 2 is also mentioned as backward channel --> if channel 2 is mentioned the way the yml-file is used now: calibration is messed up quite substantially
