Update pyproj recipe

Description

Pyproj is outdated and, in turn, makes it impossilble for me to run geopandas due to the CRS import.

Try making a local copy of pyproj and updating the version. https://github.com/Android-for-Python/Android-for-Python-Users#appendix-c--locally-modifying-a-recipe

Assuming it builds, and runs. Please submit a PR to update the recipe.

Has anyone a working solution for this. I have the same problem and unable to fix this.
