Plugins don't copy folder contents in production mode

When running the electron app locally the "storybook", "plop", and similar plugins work properly. When the app is packaged the folder contents are not copied.

Probably something to do with __dirname here https://github.com/kitze/JSUI/blob/master/electron/apply-plugin.js
