Willingness to Translate README.md to Chinese

Hey, I am a Game Programmer from China. Thank you for your guys contributions to ga engine and I made a game based it in js13kgames. However, I found that there is no README.md in Chinese. I'd like to translate it to Chinese in order to attract more Chinese users.
