[Feature Request] Censoring Explicit Language in Song Titles

I am interested in using this to make my profile ReadMe.md more appealing. However, the songs which I listen to often have explicit language in the titles, which would obviously look bad on one's Github profile. I'm writing to make it known that this would be a really helpful feature.

Well I was thinking the feature would automatically detect and censor such words from song titles, is this not possible?
