Implemented Select To End

This patch adds a command called Select To End which selects all subtitles from current to the end.

It's just a convenience thing but I find it very useful when adjusting existing subtitles for a new edit of the video. When you find out footage has been added or taken out of the video, you can Select To End and then Set Subtitles Start to where the rest of the subtitles begins in the new video. Hopefully, no edits were made in the rest of it, so everything will fall into place. If not, you can repeat the process when you run into another inconsistency.
