Questions about spellcheck and line length

Is it possible to add other languages to the spellchecker and how can I do that?

I see there's a maximum characters per line limit in the preferences. Where does this get applied? Is there a view where I can have the number of characters highlighted if they are above the limit, just like the CPS column in the Timing view?

The spell checking use the lib enchant (https://github.com/AbiWord/enchant), so you need to install another languages from aspell, hspell... packages on your distro.

The maximum CPL is used by the Error Checking tool (Tools menu). This check other values like min gap between subtitles, min display time, min/max CPS...
