Feature Request: Right-click to claim (as User) or Assign (as Admin) Tasks

Rather than having to open a modal dialog, since we already have context (right-click) menus on Tasks, it would be quite convenient to (as a user) claim a task or (as an admin) assign a tack from that context menu

I envision a new single option, 'Claim Task' that appears for all users, and a submenu, 'Assign Task', which would contain a list of users to whom the task could be assigned, to whom the task is not yet already assigned.

Bonus points for an 'Unassign Task' submenu (admins) or 'Abdicate Task' (users) option.

That seems like a useful (and relatively straightforward) feature set.
