Windows XP, Vista with Legacy Update 1.11

Update POS Ready won't install - installation like in bootloop and after install is still offered to install. Two others any possible to install.

Windows Live Essential 2011 still can't update, like I wrote in post.

After install all Legacy Update, without kb4019204 - any can't find updates by Windows Update. That second to IE general is for faster download next updates and after install that on IE 9 are skips some olders updates for IE.

Any ways to FIX? Windows XP/Vista Polish.
