Black screen on Steam Deck

When opening Slay the Spire "Play with Mods" on a Steam Deck, ModTheSpire has a black screen. Touching the screen in certain ways can make the screen flicker so it's technically possible to select mods and launch the game, but it's practically unusable.

I don't have a Steam Deck to test, but from what I'm told, it defaults to running the Windows version of StS via Proton but if you change it to use the native Linux version via the Steam settings for the game it fixes the black screen problem.

using this reddit guide for switching the deck to run in native linux version instead of proton should fix it
