An issue while reproducing code

I reproduced the experimental results through the process you provided, and found that they are very different from the results in your paper. The average f1 value I reproduced is only 0.513. Meanwhile, the average f1 value of baseline is only 0.580. I would like to ask where the problem may lie. I look forward to your reply.
