eg. 绫波丽 、绫波零、 Ayanami Rei 、綾波レイ、 あやなみレイ they should be the same tag Synonym, Short name and Nickname cause data redundancy My opinion is to create a group or array，and choose one tag as the key, only the key tag will show in the page, when mouse-on the key tag, list other synonym tags.

This might be a good idea. I would prefer show all the related tags as a collection, where the key tag is emphasized. Consider the rule of picking a key tag, maybe:
