customize key-binding for own shortcuts

Is there any documentation on how to customize or add new key-bindings for individual shortcuts?

I see there is/hasBeen WindTerm-Install-Path/global/wind.actions and/or WindTerm_installed_path/global/wind.keymaps

after installing WindTerm (portable) via choco I have neither of these files and don't find documentation on this stuff, so it's hard to make a "guess" on how to achieve customizable shortcuts.

Did I miss anything? any web-pointers to infos on that?
