Tab grouping

Yo, dawg! I really like tabs, so it would be really cool if you could put some tabs to put tabs in so I can tab my tabs?

What I'd like is to combine multiple tabs into a group. Like maybe a tab with a down-arrow that opens a dropdown menu of tabs.
