getTop(), getModerators(), etc not Working

I tested my connection with getMe() and changed phapper.php so it returns an actual error instead of null but still nothing. Tried it as web app instead of a personal script and couldn't even get an error, not sure what that's about. Seems like maybe the API changed and this needs to be updated? Reddit claims it is passing on it's list of sdk/wrappers.
