Nextcloud Updates as Event

Hello,, is it possible to define Nextcloud updates and app updates as a webhook event? I regularly receive emails when new app or Nextcloud updates are available. Instead of emails, I would like to be able to trigger webhooks so that the monitoring system can react accordingly.
